I emerged from the womb with a smile on my face and a disposable camera in my hand. After a number of lost years, I found myself working hard to pay for an overpriced and overrated college education. I currently reside in Austin, Texas where I sell my hobbies for spare cash and look forward to the day that I can frame my $50,000 piece of paper from The University of Texas that tells my parents and the rest of the world that im now qualified to do the things that ive already been doing for a number of years. I love taking pictures and I have a real passion for music so naturally I like music photography.

My roots are in classic rock, metal, and outlaw country so ill always like bands like Boston, Rush, Lynnrd Skynnrd, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Ozzy, etc, as well as artists like David Allen Coe and Waylon Jennings. Somewhere along the way ive developed a taste for power pop, indie rock, some indie pop, and a decent amount of bluegrass and alt country. A few of my favorite bands/artists are:

Slobberbone, The Drams, Arcade Fire, Rilo Kiley, The Elected, Glassjaw, Head Automatica, Metric, Built to Spill, Modest Mouse, Motion City Soundtrack, Anything by Mike Patton or Daryl Palumbo. My favorite labels are Subpop, Polyvinyl, and New West Records.

A Dirty Job, Lamb, and Fluke by Christopher Moore. I know for a fact that I like Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk and I might like Choke, Diary, and Invisible Monsters. Its been a while since I've read them but I still havnt decided yet.
